Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MunaZone Drive at drive.munazone.com. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The MunaZone Drive service
MunaZone Drive provides account-based file organization, uploads, previews, sharing, document scanning, administrator-assigned storage limits and a separate device-encrypted Password Vault. Features may change as the service is improved.
MunaZone Drive is not Google Drive and is not sponsored or operated by Google. Google sign-in and Drive storage are third-party services governed by Google's own terms.
Accounts and access
You must use a valid Google account and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your Google account and for activity performed through your signed-in session. Do not share an active session or attempt to access another user's workspace without permission.
Account administrators may activate, suspend, restore or apply storage limits to accounts. They cannot use the system admin panel to view Password Vault entry names, usernames, passwords or secure notes.
File storage and administrator access
File bytes uploaded through MunaZone Drive are stored in the system owner's connected Google Drive, organized by MunaZone user and folder metadata. You authorize MunaZone Drive to process your files as needed to perform actions you request.
The owner or administrator of the connected Google Drive can access, retain, move or delete files stored there. Do not upload information that you are not comfortable sharing with that storage administrator. Normal users do not grant access to their personal Google Drive merely by signing in.
Password Vault responsibilities
The Password Vault is encrypted and stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for remembering your master password, securely keeping the recovery key and exporting encrypted backups when appropriate.
MunaZone and the system administrator generally cannot recover a forgotten Vault master password or recovery key. Clearing browser storage, losing the device or using another browser may make the Vault unavailable unless you have an encrypted backup and the information needed to unlock it.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant MunaZone Drive a limited permission to host, transmit, organize, preview, share and otherwise process that content only to provide, secure and support the service.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share each item. You are responsible for recipients, public share links, link passwords and expiry settings you choose.
Acceptable use
You may not use MunaZone Drive to:
- break any law or violate another person's rights;
- upload malware, harmful code or abusive content;
- harass, exploit or endanger another person;
- circumvent account, security, storage or sharing restrictions;
- probe, disrupt or overload the service or connected providers;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person; or
- resell or automate access without written permission.
Storage limits and service changes
Your account may have file-size, storage, bandwidth or plan limits. Upgrade requests require administrator approval and do not by themselves create a paid subscription or guarantee additional capacity.
We may add, remove or modify features and reasonable limits. We will try to avoid changes that unnecessarily prevent access to existing content, but availability depends partly on Google Drive, Cloudflare, internet connectivity and the storage owner's account.
Availability and backups
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent retention, or that every file or Vault record can be recovered. You should keep independent copies of important files and encrypted Vault backups.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MunaZone disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address non-payment under any future paid agreement, enforce these Terms or prevent abuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
Account closure does not automatically guarantee deletion of every file copy from the connected owner Drive. Contact support for an account-deletion request and separately confirm storage deletion with the Drive administrator when necessary.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MunaZone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, passwords, profits or business opportunities resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Your local consumer rights remain unaffected where they apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect service, security or legal changes. The updated date above will show when the current version took effect. Continuing to use the service after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@munazone.com.
